I'm brewing first batch of compost tea today at home. When doing foliar application is some kind of sprayer shot under the leaves best or do you just drench from top using a watering can with shower/spout?

I ended up using a sprayer for the leaves (top and bottom) and a watering can for the soil over the vines.

Endless, I spray mine with a garden hose sprayer. The pressue of the water moves the leaves and allows me tp spray the top and the bottoms.
Many growes would gasp at this method as it appears to treat the leaves roughly, but I have never hurt one doing it this way
