My main stem had split so I was told to use the last secondary as the main. My plant is huge and I have been removing fruit and stopping the secondaries at 12 feet. I feel the next female flowers are going to be too late to pollinate. When is to late? The one plant came from Pap and it seems to be growing great. Help

It would be a good idea to leave some fruit on and pollinate them to make sure you have something to grow on that big plant especially around this golden time frame. A grower could cut off all fruit everywhere except for just that one magical one in the right place and have a tragedy happen and have nothing left for the year but salad. If you have more room than 12 feet to grow secondary vines there is no rule you can't let them grow if you desire.
