what do you do with the male flowers after the pumpkins are set do you pinch them off or let them keep growing

After I'm sure that I have my chosen pumpkins set and growing, I snip them all off and let the plant concentrate on growing fruit.
This year, one one plant I tried Brooks suggestion and grew male flowers only on the main and on a couple of the first secondaries. Pinched all the rest off along with the tendril and tertiary growth then buried the vine.

Roll them in egg, then bread crumbs then fry'em in olive oil.
Don't leave them on the vine or they'll attract Cucumber Beetles.
