Oh my that gave me a horrid flash back cheddah!! My great grandad loved to hunt, cook and eat squirrel, 'possum, ground hog etc. He cooked the squirrels head whole, I remember him taking a big spoon to crack the skull and eat the brain. You can imagine what a mental scar that left on a child! My grandad was a REAL hillbilly!!
