I do all my spraying between 7 and 8 pm..I water in the morning @ 5:30 am..My thought is to let the sprays have overnight contact with the leaves and vines..the watering I want to do in the morning so the leaves are dry by 8:00 am and stay dry until nighttime..Mark

DO NOT spray in the heat of the day unless its BiZ's patch. Spray Should dry before sundown, spray on cool dayZ. In the early days I wash it off in the morning if the leaves are young to prevent early burning when the leaves are sensitive.
Never use a sprayer that was used for killing weeds no matter how many time you clean it.

I agree with Wiz... get a different sprayer for everything, mark it plainly, and promise not threaten the demise of your SO if they even THINK of touching one of your sprayers. This means I KNOW there's been no 24D in the fertilizer sprayer...
