Watched lord of the gourd for first time and one of the growers was not using a typical sunshade but instead seemed to be appling a rub. His pumkin was a pretty deep dark orange. Ive searched the boards trying to find some info but I guess I dont know the right words, any help would be appresiated thanks Mary in florida

thank God you didn't find what that NY grower was rubbing on that pumpkin,,you don't wanna know,,trust me on that 8)


sun shade,,simple as a sheet over the fruit or a tarp as you have done,,,keep it going it's a nice one!!
