After cutting your cover crop, do you it allow to dry before tilling in? Or till in right after?

Depends on if you are looking for a green manure or somethng to add biomass to your soil. If you till it in right away it is a green manure. If you allow it to dry and nitrogen to release in to the air. It will add more organic matter.
