My pumpkin on day 21 was estimated at about 100lbs, but I want bigger. Should I just keep doing as I am, or im I really going to have to push it.?

You should have no problems whatsoever getting to 400lbs. Keep in mind that its from day 20 to day 35 or 40 that a pumpkin puts on about 70% of its wieght. Up to this point, its just getting warmed up. Keep up any disease spraying an insect control that you are doing and I would think 800 pounds is in sight or even more.

That implies an OTT of about 165 which is quite good for day 21 assuming it is continuing a consistent or increasing growth pattern. Keep going. I would caution though that you don't want it to slow down as they don't tend to recover so keep it well fed, watered and protected from insects and disease.
