Plant is getting about 15 ft long at the main....thinking about ending the main soon. It is growing about a foot a day....will more females develop back up the main vine after termination or should I wait and make sure I have several fruit pollinated first?

I wouldn't terminate the main yet. I'm not sure what you mean by, " will more females develop back up the main vine after termination".
Do you mean females that are already there? In that case, yes, they should continue to develope as normal.
Or do you mean will "new" females show up. In that case the answer would be no.
I would just let the main vine continue to grow for now. Once the fruits start to grow the vine growth will slow down.

Make sure you have a set. If you don't, you will have to pollinate on a side vine. Females don't reappear on the main once terminated, no new females will develop on the main.
