Well yeah, I'm layed-off, my wife is hurt and can't work right now. I have planted 4 seeds using the paper towel method and none of them broke the shell, this 2nd bunch does'nt look much better. I'm forced to ask the guy down the street who is a old pro at this to help me get my seeds started, I thought I had the germination process down pat. Its also colder than normal in minnesota, we have'nt had one 80 degree day, last year at this time we had 3 80 degree days and 1 in the ninetys. O'k, I'm done crying.

I'm right there with ya Captain. My hours got cut by 15 hours a week. My cost to get to work has increased tremendously. My Dad's health is not good and we take care of him in our home. That keeps my wife from working. My Mom is having major health issues and it looks like she will be living with us in about a month or sooner. The weather is cold. I don't have all my plants in the ground yet.My sons baseball coach is pissing me off. We are coaching together but i would be better off doing it myself. My daughters baseball team are a bunch of slackers and could care less about playing good or at least playing to their potentual. I used to have a lot of fun with baseball, but it is trying my patience this year. Maybe some warm weather will make me feel better.

CCW, Count the blessing you DO have. If I dwelled on the stuff that is driving me down I'd never get up.
If family is ailing then give them needed support. You will both derive pleasure for the effort. You might never get a better chance to show you care. Consider it God's gift to your own soul.
Tiller repair bills? Gimme a break. You can't change the weather so focus instead on the areas of your life where you CAN make a difference.
I ended up in a wheelchair these past 6 months but there's no reason to drag others down with me. Try only to dwell on the good stuff. There's no shortage of pitiful souls. Be differen & become the beacon of light that HELPS people.
We go around once. Make the best of all of it. Somewhere, someone is much worse off than you are.

Tremor...once more you come thru with an inspiration!!! I met you at da Falls, and was truly impressed!!! I could complain about the 3 40'rows of corn, and the 3 40' rows of beans, and the 5 20' rows of sunflowers, that the birds pecked the seeds out of the ground...but I went and bought remay, replanted and covered with the remay!!! We will grow!!! CCW...why not take a run, or ride thru downtown Boulder!!! Keep clothes on, and no pkn on head!!! Should help yer spirits!!! Peace, Wayne
