Homer,

My Dad raises show pigeons & racing pigeons and he vaccinates his pigeons for all the diseases mentioned about. I talked to him last night about this and he said he couldn't think of a breeder that didn't vaccinate there birds. If one bird gets sick it wipes out the whole loft and years of work breeding.

He and I have both used pigeon droppings in our gardens for years.

Pigeon is good stuff. I would not have any reservations about using it. I kept pigeons for years and the manure is dynomite. Works like chiken manure.
