New pumkin growing right over main vine, is it possible to turn pumpkin a whole 90 degrees?

I had one that needed the same thing, I was luckily stupid enough to NOT bury the vines at that time and I just rotated the vine 90 degrees. The leaves just grew with the turn on the vine and eventually grew upward again. Puter

It is possibel just do it alittle at a time and during the hottest part of the day. Slow and steady is the key.

Its Called a "Stelts 90°" It very possible and do able.. some growers do these instead of curves
