my two plants have leaves that are wilting. they seem to deteriorate at the junction of the stalk and the vine. also have lost a few grapefruit size pumps to mold or rotting. can anyone tell me whats wrong. also have a nice 38" in circ. pump going. growing almost an inch a day. how to i compute to figure out its weight? I am new to this so any help is appreciated.

We need more information.
Pictures?
Could be as simple as drought or as complex as Bacterial Wilt, any of a number of nasty Viruses or any of several root & vascular diseases.
