I put plywood under my pumpkins and sometimes put sand over the plywood. My question is I have a bunch of plastic I used for my hoop houses left. Would it be alright to use this plastic to put over the plywood that my pumpkins will be set on. It seems like it would work just fine. Any replys would be appreciated.

if you put plastic, i would also put some sand, i dont like the idea of letting the pumper sitting in water
