Could i use palmolive dish liquid soap as a wetting agent when foliar feeding with seaweed and molasses?

Dishwashing detergents contain all sorts of "stuff" our plants don't need such as fragrance, emolients, & skin conditioners that weren't formulated with plant health in mind. Some might be damaging to the plants cuticle. I would recommend investing in a real surfactant that was formulated specifically for use on plants.

Try looking for a product called Hi-Yield Speader Sticker. It only costs around 3 bucks a bottle. Works with foliar feedings and insecticide/fungicide applications.

No but it helps. Anything that make water wetter is worthy. The idea being that foliar absorption of nutrients is hard enough for plants to do as it is. So maximizing the surface are contacted increases the efficiency of absorption.
