Just purchased some Urea Mate 5-10-27, planning on applying as a drench. How much per gal is everyone using? Direction say for foliar to use 1 lb/per gal. Seems high. Would drench be same rate?

Label...'For all foliar applications, apply Harvest More Urea Mate 5-10-27 in concentration of 1 pound per 10 gallons of spray solution.'
'Use caution if higher concentrations of Harvest More Urea Mate 5-10-27 are utilized as it can significantly lower pH.' ...
You need to hear from NorthShoreBoyz--- He is the resident expert on Urea Mate; You need to hear from NorthShoreBoyz---
I'll perhaps email him to hopefully get a response here. If NOT, well, don't use it yet, - another day or two won't hurt, but will maybe kill your plants unless you re-read the label and even then, just hold off in your best interests---eric g

Yup. I probably came across as neurotic, there, but my name is in it, so it's OK! There is a lot typed about it over the years as I just looked at past inquiries, oops, TMI, but I'll bow out now for at least a day - that will be beneficial, lol. eg

Not a resident expert, just a product I use from time to time. I had a very productive meeting with a Stoller representative who advised “me” to use it at 250-300ppm when applying it regularly/often (I tend to spoon feed consistently).
Many growers use this product, some apply at the recommended label rates and others at much lower, more regular low feeding rates.

Use the search bar and search Ureamate, you will find many great recommendations from a lot of great growers.
For example, one grower adds 1 tablespoon to 50 gallons for every feeding, another grower uses 2 cups Ureamate in 250 gallons, while another grower uses a teaspoon per gallon for foliar feeding only.
