I am looking for liquid seaweed extract and fish emulsion at good prices. I would also prefer they be in Ontario so that I don't have to pay shipping. At least not as much.

i am n ontario also, i am in the same boat i was going to contact Ron see what it would be for stuff like that to ship to Canada, also to inquiry bout being a rep for Ontario/ Canada. i have been out of this sport for 10/11 years. i want to really try n make it happen this year but starting all over again is costly. last the growing got 815, 816, 924 dmg. that was on pace for 11 - 1200 lbs, that year was my second year or maybe 3 year growing

Exactly my problem. I decided I wanted to use seaweed extract and fish emulsion, but their prices are insane. If you learn anything about it, please let me know.

What kind of prices are you seeing for fish emulsion / gallon with shipping? Dry seaweed would be cheaper to ship. Are you using it in compost tea or just broadcasting? I can get great pricing, but shipping is a big factor.

If your into DIY projects and you can get your hands on some cheap fish or scraps you can make your own fish hydrolysate. It takes a little time for the whole process but its easy to make. Here's the recipe I use

Wow thanks for the help. I have been seeing, for seaweed, a dried seaweed powder for 10$ plus 6-7$ shipping and the fish emulsion for 25$ and about the same shipping. The seaweed males 240L so not to bad but the fish only makes 120L which I think is to much.

I just ordered one kg of the kelp extract powder that John Butler uses. How do you use it John ? Foilar spray or drench?

Check this site out.

Also look up your Bio-Ag distributer for rock phosphate, non concentrated humic acid etc.
I bought the granular kelp fertilizer from Taluneco. Any opinions on that product? If you email talune, I believe there are more products like soy amino powder.
Bio-Ag and agsol are in your province so you can pick the stuff up. Agsol does not deal in real small quantities that I know of.

Does anyone know about cheap fish extract or fish emulsion. I am very thankfull for the seaweed ideas but I would also like to know of some cheap fish because that I found to be far more expensive than the seaweed.
