Leaf analysis vs culled pumpkin analysis. Any ideas if testing culled pumpkins is a direction we could go? The ratio of xylem to phloem favors phloem in the fruit so the testing would not be the same. But it seems like yet another door that no one has opened. Not a single return in a search for pumpkin testing and the only search return for pumpkin analysis has nothing to do with nutrition.
If interested in working with me on this... please post here or email me.

Have you looked at other fruits to see if analysis has helped ?
