Cape Breton Nova Scotia

What rate per gallon would be recommended for a foliar feeling of 0-0-24. I have some to try but the label has no rate. Any help would be appreciated.

I looked online and on the PDFs I could find and really nothing for smaller application, just overhead via aircraft spraying. I'd give them a phone call on Monday morning...this stuff looks strong...
