Took a while but I've found a misting timer that meets my needs at the home patch. Its a Galcon 61512 battery operated product that can work off a tap for in-line hose applications. It has a mode for cycling on and off in very short intervals for misting applications. The key was to find a timer used for propagation. I ordered one and will follow up here on how it works.
