What's your preference for a pump to empty a water tote?
I want quality at a low price. Is that possible?

Your pump will depend on how fast (volume) you want to transfer and if you need to transfer with significant pressure.

I use the Harbor Freight pump in this link, works very well. I used a 20% off coupon, got the two year warranty...no worries.
If you don't need volume/pressure...as in trickle, there are tons of good, cheap submersibles out there.
