I used(fought with)the Young mixer/proportioner for 1 season. At the end of the season, I brought it to our local town metal recycling day. I felt the best place for it was being melted down into something useful.

Dosatron. A thousand times better. Accurate. Simple. You can see what your doing. A pleasure to work with.

Just switched from the ezflo to a dosatron system this year also and can already feel less time and headaches and the season hasn't even started yet.
Time saving is the goal with all the work that goes into growing these giants.

There's plenty that are cheaper. Check dripworks or one of the irrigation websites.
From 140 to 250 there's plenty injectors that will get the job done.
There's model after model and I've found the best thing to do is call the company and chat with one of the reps. After you tell then what your using it for, they get pretty excited and have always been more then helpful.

I bought the D14MZ2 and found it fit my needs nicely. I used it primarily with drip tape. I paid around $375 last year.
