It depends on your magnesium and sulfur levels. You need to test your food before you add salt :)

depends on your soil test results. my patch is low on magnesium so i will be spreading about 2 lbs of it

I use this a few times a year, seaagri.com I think it is alot better than epsom salt. It is dehydrated sea water. Makes plants healthier, vegetables taste better, bloom sooner.
