I sure hope so! I put it in 50 gallon drums for a week in hopes for better water.
Great question!

I started using the gard n grow declorinator, but before that I grew my 1172 with no experience. With the declorinator my following year my weight went down to 1143, than last years best was a 1365. I don't think the city water is hurting. I spoke with the water department and they said the chlorine would be gone by the time the water hit the ground using a sprinkler. The only issue is the cooler water temps without preheating it. Bob

I have been collecting rainwater to water my Pumpkins with ,but I know I am going to have to use city water soon. I will put city water in a barrel for a few days and mix it with a manure tea that I have in another barrel. My concern with the city water is the ph. Will be making a trip to my city water company in the next few days to see what the ph is.

1311.5 and I can smell the chlorine when I turn on the hose. When the plants are small I let water sit for a day.
