Side dress potassium sulphate in a vegetable garden? If so at what rate? I understand it takes a while for the plants to get to it.
My soil test showed high phosphorus last fall, I think it was correct because almost everything in the garden has flower buds but the plants are not big enough yet to support fruit. The lab suggested to raise nitrogen and potassium to balance it out last fall. I have added nitrogen. The leaves are nice and healthy. I am just worried that the plants will start to get low on potassium once they start to grow fruit.
