I ordered kelp through a local nursery as I did last year but what I got was Dry Chatered Seaweed from Chile. The nursery wants to send it back. Does anyone know about this product and what salt content is in it? It is real course with a number of big chunks in it. I sent a test sample to Montana State University for analysis.

Is Chatered the correct spelling? If the sodium content is low I would add it. Its just not a meal
