I assumed the kelp I kept reading about was the neptunes seaweed fert now I realize its a different product, so Im wondering whats the difference between kelp and seaweed?

I have Neptunes fish & seaweed, do I need kelp as well?

kelp is the same as seaweed. what you have is a great additive.

Listen to Glenn Tammy, here on the east coast, we have known the benefits of seaweed/kelp for generations. It's a great additive to your soil, breaks down quickly and contributes to overall soil biology.

I sprayed the leaves today with Neptune's fish and kelp.
I used two tablespoons in one gal of water.
I had a lot left over, so I sprayed all of the flowers and shrubs in my yard. Also the pots. After that I mixed up another batch with two tablespoons in 1 3/4 of a gallon of water in my watering can. I gave the soil in my patch a drench with the watering can

Let me tell you that stuff has a very strong odor. My son came home and said that the yard smells like a bait shop.
Within about an hour of me taking a rest in my chair on the patio, I was overcome by the fish smell and had to go inside and take two Tylenol and lay down for a wile. Maybe I got to much sun or maybe it was the fish smell. I`m not sure. If that shit works as much as it smells I should be seeing huge growth tomorrow.
Anybody else experience nearly passing out from the smell?

Fish contains about 10% Nitrogen. They're all good, but fish smells more and you need to moderate it more carefully.

Richard, the way the various products are processed makes them different, it's not just a preference by HH...lol

I also noticed a lot of flies sitting on my fish leaves this morning. maybe 4 or 5 flies just sitting there on the top of the leaf. Can flies harm a plant? Maybe I should throw a tablespoon of sevin in the mix the next time that I spray the fish.
