When do I start applying these two? As a foliar spray? What strength? I've never used either of these before.

in the chat room the other night Tom said to mix 4 ounces of the Azos to a gallon of water, and pour it around the roots of the plants. after that water it in. if i recall correctly he said you can do it when the plants start to vine?
