Has anybody heard of a electro static sprayer? Its a sprayer that shoots a fine mist onto plants and the pesticide or fertilizer or fungicide is electrically charged so it "sticks" to the plants. Its quite a piece of equipment , we have one at work and think I may use it to treat my plants
