Perhaps wait until analysis comes back. How much is several tons? 2500 square feet is a good size. I will be putting approx. 20 yards which should be way more than a few tons. I think you could use it all as long as it is decomposed enough (3 years is enough).

Bo, put it in a rail car marked toxic waste, ship to Landry's waste dump Toronto Ontario > I don't think you could possibly have any use for it!

I agree with Russ...sounds way to good for Bo's Patch :) The worms in it are a sure sign ...nothing good can come out of this. Funny thing is Pumpkin Growers see Gold..others see a pile of crap.

You know what you do,,,you gather all the worms you can from the horse manure & start a worm compost bin/tub, you'll get worm castings from the worms, its one of the best fertilizers.

Russ has posted about adding too much OM. I think he said he uses no more than 6 or 7 yards at a time. I have 2 separate patches of roughly 1300 sq feet each and will likely put down 7 yards of manure to each one.
