I seen it on the computer someone growing a goat marrow but I have no clue on what that is kind of looks zucchini shape

I think a marrow is maybe more like a variety of a gourd kind of like a field pumpkin type , I could be way wrong that's just what I have always thought.

Google English marrow. It's a zucchini, not the bush type. Gourds aren't field pumpkins either.

Do they taste the same?... Marrowbread doesn't sound as good...

Actually they are very similar and the marrow culls taste very much like zucchini. Like zucchini you need to pick them when they are small.

Marrow are summer squash and not a zucchini.
