Any guesses on what the top selling seeds at this years auctions will be? 2032 & 1985 have my vote.

2009 Wallace as it has really created more world records this year and in the right growers hands its really special.I am not downing anyone elses seed but the 2009 is a record creator.

Both did well this year and I'm sure the 1985 and 2032 will grow some monsters in 2015,,,,, but my $$$ would also go on the 2009 as the seed that draws the most " cashola " per seed this auction season.

Those Swiss seeds would be great to have and yes I would grow 1 if I had it but if you had a 2009 you could grow yer own 2323.

Its supply and demand.Lots of demand for that 2323 but haven't heard how many seeds(supply) were in it.Hopefully it was 14% heavy cause there was 200lbs of seeds in it-lol

I wonder if the European seeds will make it through US customs. Most of the EGVGA seeds packs showed up empty to the US members. It would be a shame if a $500 seed ended up in the trash.

I think the price for seeds will be lower than ever. If you assume an average of 150 seeds per pumpkin the following should be available from just this year: over 2000 lbs, 7 pumpkins, over 1000 seeds 1900 - 2000 lbs, another 7 pumpkins, over 1000 seeds again 1800 - 1900 lbs, 10 pumpkins, another 1500 seeds.
If price is a factor of supply and demand there is a crazy big supply this year.

Im wondering about that customs item as well. Empty EGVGA bubbles were a severe problem last year. Does anybody know whether pumkin seeds are not allowed in general or if that is a problem of something like import permission / plant health testimonials.

Hello everyone After a few years of not growing pumpkins I'm looking for some new seed stock for next year. If anyone has some seed stock from this years pumpkins available please let me know. I'm just outside Auburn, NY. If you are local I can come pick them up and if your not I can send a self address stamped envelope to you. Thanks Tim
