I had to cut it in half to weigh it on my 1 kilo scale... sum of both halves was 1370 grams/ or 3.02 lbs.
Whatever deficiency (or excess) caused it to split also made it a fair bit smaller than it should have been... Over in Porkchops tomato patch it would have been at least a 6 lber!
For me... it should have been a 5 lber.
