Indoor salad greens under fluorescent lights. Growing lettuce/greens is somewhat practical and economical compared to getting them from the store. It would take a few of these trays to feed a family but last year I ate a salad nearly every other day picking leaves out of a tray like this... These are getting close to where I can start picking them. One more week maybe.
