?It’s been nice the last week with temps approaching +10. Much less snow than last year. But, it’s been so cold for so long that I’m having trouble warming soil in all patches including the greenhouse. I will have to delay planting until I can til the ferts in. ?
I managed to get the heat cable in the North patch but it was thawed only 6” down and below that it was really frozen. Really Really frozen. Here’s the greenhouse soil thermometer. Yesterday it said -5 C.
