It could be followed by five months of cold rain, who knows. We had snow on the ground the entire month of February two years ago. This is the least amount of 'winter' I've ever seen... fall to spring, with only a couple weeks of winter? So confusing. Is winter over? Has it not yet begun? I do not know. Feels like spring... so I guess winter is over!
