Lower left corner shows the entrance of my "best friend" chippy! She is responsible for digging up most of the young onions and garlic and occasionally stealing random planting of seeds. This is her summer hang out since we apparently disturbed her winter residence in our woodpile for our fire pit. In the pic, Christopher set up a shade shelter for the backyard 4.53 Wixom. I now have twin fruits packing on some weight. The white stuff you see on the soil surface of the planter is to distract my "best friend" from her constant habit of digging! Smells just like peppermint. I hope she likes the fact that I thought her too before I planted my new seedlings! Where's that trap for that rodent??
