I am learning a great deal about owning an older car. My 1998 Nissan Pathfinder needed brake pads, but a closer look at all the wear opened a bigger "can of worms". Living in the midwest and packing on over 100,000 miles since I bought this car has tested my patience! This is the bare bones shot once my son, Christopher, was finally able to remove the caliper assembly, pads and rotors. No small task and definitely looks cleaner than an hour earlier. I am sure I did not score positive points with neighbors with all the banging to free up rust welded parts.
