Almost five inches of rain in the past two days. Almost eight inches in the past week. Don't know when I will be able to harvest my commercial pumpkins. If it doesn't stop soon the river may harvest my bottom pumpkins. Just about a foot from going over the banks and still raining hard with more on the way this afternoon. Hope the roots and vines are strong enough to hold them from floating away. Its always risky to plant the bottom but generally when you get past June you are safe. Not this year!!!
