Another week on and we still have a couple of pumpkins left.
We didn't get round to pulling up the 1985 this week so we decided to tape her and DAP 73 she is 1745lbs up 104lbs for the week and that will be her est weight. Like I said last week she would have probably ended up tapping around 1950lbs or more.
The 2102 is still slowly growing and on DAP 71 is 1381lbs up 85lbs for the week.
DAP 72 the 2323 got too 1588lbs up 104lbs for the week and thumps like a rock. I do get the thumping of pumpkins thing but last year we were 100% sure that the 1623 was going to go light and you all know what it did.
I was talking to Mehdi last week about Mildew as he got it in his patch a month earlier this year and we were the same. It's a pity we don't have the amazing forecasting that they have in the USA.
This is the 2323 which has very little mildew and still a cracking plant.
