This is the strangest weather for growing. We had over two inches of Rain on Sunday then very cold nights followed by very warm days. That took care of two giants. The cool nights are nice for growing Field Pumpkins but the warm days are getting to warm and they seem to be ripening early. I have never had to deal with such temperature swings between day and night. Usually cool is good for Field Pumpkins and Bad for the giants. Apparently huge tempature swings are bad for both. May have to come up with a different plan.
