The 297 Kent is growing pretty well yet but slowing down with the cool weather. There is no doubt melons like the heat. This one weighs 100 pounds today, which is way ahead of last year but I didn't have anything set until mid July last year. I have all 4 keepers picked now on the 4 plants.
