When digging to plant the pepper plants this year I thought I hit a rock.Not a rock.Did some historical reaearch here and found out that 140 years ago this back area of our neighborhood was a large pond.We are thinking that this is a pier footing of some type.You can see the remnants of a square wooden post in the top of this.Anybody that might have seen something like this before and knows exactly what it is, please E-mail us and let us know.
