Trying to extend my growing season since this gourd got a 2 monthly delay starting. This may be my dumbest idea yet but it may also work, if it fails I am use to that. 2 inch insulation boards with grow lights, maintains 85 degrees and with good humidity, due to the 25 gals of water in the open container. This way I can keep the plant and roots at 85 degrees, if the temp or humidity goes to high I can open doors etc, I have a remote temp and humidity sensor in the container that sends a signal to a viewer on my desk and lets me know constant temp and humidity.
